The new Is.IoT system on module family for connectivity applications. The new family standard highlights include BT and WiFi connectivity in an extremely small mechanical form factor. The first item of the new family comes with NXP i.MX6 Ultralite processor and will be available with several options like NAND or eMMC flash and Ethernet 10/100. Everything included in an amazing 30mm x 40mm form factor with a maximum height of 4.8 mm.
